Some problems materialize when labor and employee relations are placed last on the list of business concerns. Other problems arise because of ignorance of the Mexican labor Law, poor timing or a failure to document personnel decisions. Many difficulties result from a basic failure to communicate managerial objectives in a credible fashion.
